Cozy Fall Playlist

Cozy Fall PlaylistSome of you may have snow already (Utah, I’m talking to you…), but here in North Carolina it’s finally starting to feel like fall. The leaves on the trees are changing colors and I’ve been loving the sound of the leaves crunching under my feet when I take Sophie for a walk. The mornings are crisp and cool and I feel like it makes me appreciate my morning coffee just a little bit more. If you’re craving a little bit more “fall” in your life, and you haven’t already jumped full swing onto the Christmas music bandwagon, I’m sharing the perfect cozy fall playlist today that will want to make you curl up in a blanket, sip something warm, and relax. (Watching the snow or the rain fall while listening is an added bonus).

Cozy Fall PlaylistCozy Fall PlaylistMusic always has a way of transporting me into a certain mood or feeling and when the chill of fall sets in, I want to get cozy and relax. Neil Young, Mumford & Sons, and Fleet Foxes all make an appearance on my revolving playlist this time of year, along with some classics and a few new favorites that you may have never heard of. Some of the songs are upbeat and some are more mellow, but all of them have a certain fall feel that sinks deep down into your bones and makes your want to get cozy.

Cozy Fall PlaylistSo curl up, make yourself a cup of Earl Gray, and hit play on this cozy fall playlist!

  • One of my goals this year was to fit in some more time to read and I’m happy to report that I’m making some serious headway on my list (you can find out more about that here). But this month I want to try to add a few spooky and seasonal titles to my finished list. If you’re like me and trying to cross a few books off your list or just looking for a few ways to include a little more “thrill and chill” into your October, these are my picks for 12 spooky reads to add to your Halloween reading list
