We’re probably not trick or treating this year, but we are still trying to make Halloween just as fun at our house. I’m going to plan a fun little scavenger hunt and I plan on having lots of candy around the house too! But instead of the usual candy and chocolate, I’m going to dress things up a bit to make them a bit more fun using these printable Halloween candy wrappers! They are free to download and print and so simple to use! [Read more…]

Our Napa Elopement
One year ago (a few days ago) me and Josh were eloping in Napa, California. Still the best decision we made (both eloping and marrying each other 😉 ) And now, a year later I realized that I haven’t shared many of our weddings photos or our video with you guys! It’s always fun and interesting to see the behind the scenes details and the little moments that make someone’s wedding so special, so I thought I would share all the things that made our Napa elopement so “us”. And I’m a few days delayed from sharing, because we’re in Napa again as I type, celebrating our anniversary with more wine!
Weekend Road Trip Playlist
Fall is one of my very favorite times to get in the car, roll down the windows and drive. Either toward a fun destination for a weekend road trip, or just to see the leaves changing colors and to take in the crisp fall air in your own neighborhood. So today I’m sharing a fun and easy weekend road trip playlist full of tunes that are perfect to listen to out on the open road! [Read more…]

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of HERSHEY® for SheSpeaks. All opinions are 100% mine.
Halloween is always fun! and I’m sharing an easy Halloween gift idea that will make this year’s season feel special.
To celebrate with family and friends near or far, you can send an unexpected surprise full of graveyard goodies ! Since Halloween happens to be my very favorite holiday, I thought it was only fitting to send, not one…but 13 different surprises! This 13 Days of Halloween Gift Idea is a fun way for anyone to get excited for the holiday and count down to the 31st!
This Halloween gift idea can easily be customized for kids or adults, so depending on who your recipient is, you can pack your delivery box full of tricks or treats, but I definitely recommend chocolate and candy regardless. 😉 It’s a fun idea that can be turned into a brand new family tradition, which I love. Candy Corn Halloween Cocktails
I feel like you’re either team candy corn or not. There’s no in between. It’s strange, because I never loved candy corn as a kid. I always thought it was waxy and flavorless, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve started liking it more and more. (What does that say about my tastebuds?) If you’re on the pro-candy corn train, these candy corn Halloween cocktails are right up your alley, and if not, vodka is involved so what’s not to like? 😉 [Read more…]
