1 Cantaloupe, Chopped (Rind Removed)
3/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Lime, Sliced
6 Cups Water
Place the chopped cantaloupe and 1 cup of water into a blender and puree until smooth. (You may have to do this in steps, depending on the size of your blender. Add 1 cup of water for each blend).
Pour the pureed cantaloupe mixture into a fine mesh strainer and work through using a spoon or a spatula to separate the juice from the pulp.
Once strained, add the juice into a large pitcher with ice.
Add the fresh lime juice, sugar, and remaining water.
Add the slices of lime and stir well.
Pour into glasses with ice and enjoy!
If you want your cantaloupe and lime agua frescas to be less sweet substitute the sugar for agave syrup.
If you want more of a tart agua fresca, use 1 cup of fresh lime juice.
