When I was small, I remember my mom unpacking books for each holiday and setting them near the fireplace to display. I’d get so excited to look over and re-read each book, remembering them from the years before. I still have that sense of nostalgia now and am happy to report that my mom has even given me some of the books she used to have in her collection, so that I could start my own. Now that I have Parker, I really want to create that same sense of magic for her during the holidays too. Since Halloween is my favorite holiday, it was only natural for me to start there. So I decided to share a few of my favorite Halloween books for babies and toddlers with you guys too, just in case you wanted to start your own collections too!
I know that themed bookshelves are all the rage nowadays, but I jumped on the bandwagon anyway, because, why not?! They’re so much fun and if I can find ways to incorporate more books into Parker’s life at an early age, you can bet I’m going to do it! Plus, if I can find any way to incorporate more Halloween decor into our house, I’m in! Haha
I purchased this package of felt Halloween garland to decorate her shelves, and added all of the halloween books for babies and toddlers below.
It’s a fun and super easy way to get your kids into the spirit of the season too!
