Christmas is right around the corner and with a little one taking up most of my free time these days, I’m aiming to get my shopping (and wrapping) done early. Parker is currently in a weird in-between phase of play right now, since she’s only 8 months old. She’s sitting up, but not able to fully get around on her own just yet and shopping for Christmas gifts for her has been a little challenging, because I want to buy things she can use now but also grow into. If you have a little one, or are shopping for a little one in your life, I’m sure you’re feeling the same way. I’ve been doing a lot of research and have all of these Christmas Gifts for babies and toddlers saved in my Amazon cart. Ready for me to just push a button and add to my cart when ready. Ha. (A lot are on sale for Black Friday too!)
All of the items are linked below, or you can click over to my Christmas Gifts for Babies and Toddlers list here to see them all. And did I mention they’re all on Amazon?!
Rainbow Stool – Not only is this stool functional, but it’s also aesthetically pleasing. Plus there are 5 different hues you can choose from. (Under $40)
Pancakes Interactive Recipe Book – If you have any little wanna be chefs in your house, I love this book and the interactive elements that keep kids entertained. It follows a simple recipe and walks through each step of cooking pancakes with features like pull-tabs, wheels, and punch-out pieces. There are also Pizza, Cookies, and Taco options too!
Alligator Push Toy – Parker’s aunt has already bought this for her and I can’t wait until she’s able to start using it (hopefully soon!) Such a cute wooden activity walker that has chomping alligators that move when pushed. The spinning bugs and bright colors are great too! Under $50
Wooden Alphabet Puzzle – This one is a classic, but I love that it’s made of wood and has so many bright colors. There are also little illustrations under each letter too. It’s highly rated (almost 2K reviews!) and $15
Bath Buckets – Parker is starting to REALLY like bath time, so these are definitely going under the tree. The set comes with 5 different buckets that feature different sprinkle effects, plus they stack to make storage easy. They’re also 40% off right now and under $6!
Soft Play Equipment – You may have seen similar sets floating around online for a much bigger price tag, but if you have a toddler that likes to climb all over your furniture, this set is a good deal for $175. A little more on the expensive side, but the 3 piece set allows you to make different shapes, like a tunnel, couch, or different climbing obstacles, which will grow with your kids for years. The covers all also washable, which I love!
Pipes and Cogs Bath Toys – This is another bathtub pick (a reoccurring theme for us this year!) and suctions onto the side of the tub. The set comes with a variety of different tubes, cogs, and pipes so kids can get creative and arrange them in different ways to see the water spin and splash around. Another toy that will be around much longer than one year. It’s also on sale for 30% off for Black Friday!
Carrot Harvest Box – I love all of the different educational aspects in this one toy which not only inspires creative play but also helps to develop fine motor skills which is exactly what little ones in this age range need. It has color matching, shapes, and spacial recognition too. It comes with different wooden fruits and veggies, can be used as a push cart, and has fun magnetic mushrooms and a rabbit too. Aka, LOTS of stuff to play with! Under $30
Matching Eggs Set – I feel like I had this same thing when I was little? Apparently, these stand the test of time and for good reason. Babies love the bright colors inside the eggs and they are great for hand/eye coordination and matching too. As babies get older, you can also use them for counting! They have over 7K+ reviews on Amazon, which is why they made my Christmas Gifts for Babies and Toddlers list. Less than $20 too!
Float and Play Bubbles – Grandma bought these for Parker this year and I’m so glad she did. These bubbles float on top of the water, but spin and rattle to keep baby entertained in the bath. I really love the textured rings around the outside that help babies grip them too. Also, since they’re water tight you don’t have to worry about any mold! Huge bonus and less than $10.
Unicorn Letter Matching Set – This one will definitely be able to grow with your little one. As a baby, the bright colors and easy to grab pieces are great and as they get older, I love the matching upper and lower case unicorn halves that snap together. They’re perfect for building motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and letter recognition. The set is on sale for Black Friday and is under $20!
Balance Bike – I cannot get over the cuteness of this one. It’s perfect for little ones learning how to walk and ride. And with 4 wheels, no pedals, and limited steering, it helps to develop balance and coordination. There are different colors to choose from, but I’m partial to this tan color way. And did I mention that it’s on sale for Black Friday and is only $32?!
Climbing Gym Set – I love little climbing sets like this one because it allows toddlers to independently work on the improvement of their motor skills and encourage their imagination. Great for little climbers and movers. I love the multi-color rainbow option, but it also comes in a neutral color palette if that’s more your style. It’s on sale for Black Friday and is less than $130.
Pull Back Soft Cars – Since Parker is still little and puts EVERYTHING in her mouth, I love these soft pull back cars because the wheels are removable so you can WASH them. Dream come true! The set comes with 4 cars that zoom across the floor. They also have a little rev-up mechanism inside that makes it easy for little ones to pull the cars back on their own. They’re under $20 right now and you know I already ordered them.
I hope my Christmas list for babies and toddlers saved you some time if you’ve been hunting for the perfect gifts for the little ones in your house. Keeping them entertained is going to be so much easier with these toys around, plus they’re going to be learning as they play! Win/win!
