I tend to entertain a lot during the fall and winter months. Between October and February tons of holidays and events can creep up and can become a little overwhelming when you’re responsible for feeding a crowd. Today, I’m sharing how to set up a DIY chili bar, which is one of my favorite easy entertaining ideas to use all season long. (Super Bowl anyone?!) They don’t require a lot of effort on your part and can be made to appeal to a variety of diets and tastes. I’m also sharing a delicious recipe for my favorite turkey chili too!

I’m planning some epic gatherings this season and I’m planning all of my tailgating with Dr Pepper®! It’s one of my favorite beverages, and it’s easy for me to pack up and serve to all of those thirsty fans!

If you guys have been hanging around the blog for a while now, you know that Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday of the year. I go all out and try to cram in as many October themed activities as possible to really get the full “All Hallows Eve” experience in. I usually like to throw some sort of get-together for my friends and family too. Whether it is a Halloween themed party, dinner party, or just a movie marathon night, I infuse as much Halloween goodness as I can into all of my entertaining plans during October.
One fun way to incorporate some spook into your next Halloween gathering is with a fun Halloween dessert table! I love putting dessert tables together because they really let your imagination go wild and who doesn’t love treats?!
Home Game Night
Thank you Deer Lord! for sponsoring this post. Grab your new edition of Deer Lord! social party game, available through Target retail stores starting July 30.
I was recently given the opportunity to host my own home game night with a few of my fave girlfriends and try out a fun new game that just hit stores! And, let me tell you guys, it was a riot!
The game is hilarious, and even more so if you add some drinks into your evening (only if you’re 21+!). Deer Lord! is a social party game that lets you challenge other players to funny “duels’ and attempt to “dupe” each other with sneaky and secret actions that no one knows about. It’s hilarious trying to call your friends out and watch them (and you!) attempt crazy tasks. I might have had to act out being the Eiffel tower…just saying.
