Some of you may have snow already (Utah, I’m talking to you…), but here in North Carolina it’s finally starting to feel like fall. The leaves on the trees are changing colors and I’ve been loving the sound of the leaves crunching under my feet when I take Sophie for a walk. The mornings are crisp and cool and I feel like it makes me appreciate my morning coffee just a little bit more.
