Life’s been a little crazy lately, as per usual, and I feel like I’m playing catch up around here, but there’s been SO much going on in our little rental house. Josh left for Florida to head back to work for the upcoming baseball season, I started a new job here in Charlotte, which I’m still getting used to after taking the last four months off, and we’ve been knee deep in alllll the house plans, which I’ll be sharing more about soon. But despite how chaotic things have gotten, I wasn’t about to miss out on posting the recipe for this Valentine’s day passion cocktail, which also happens to be the February cocktail of the month! It’s easy to make and makes enough for two! Which means you can share it with someone special, your bestie, or just refill your own glass when it’s getting a little low.
How To Make Shaped Butter
Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away and, thankfully, I think I’m off the hook for preparing dinner this year. It’s my first year close to Josh’s family and I was fully prepared to be the one hosting everyone in our rental house, which would have been less than ideal. But Josh’s aunt saved the day and invited us over to her place. Not sure I’ll get so lucky next year though. 😉 If you’re in charge of dinner prep for your family’s thanksgiving festivities this year, I’m sure you’re on the hunt for the perfect table setting and all of the yummy recipes. But one detail that often gets overlooked is the butter. It’s something simple, but with the easiest little entertaining trick you can turn it into a showstopper. In today’s post, I’m showing you guys how to make shaped butter, which is SO simple, but can really elevate your Thanksgiving table!
