"The Black Bird" Halloween Cocktail"The Black Bird" Halloween CocktailMy favorite holiday is almost upon us and I can’t wait! Halloween entertaining is what I live for and finding new spooky themed cocktails is on the agenda every year. And this year is no exception! I turned to some old school horror movies that I remember hearing about when I was younger (but was never allowed to watch) for inspiration. These movies always get me into the Halloween spirit and sparked some great inspiration for a dark and moody Halloween cocktail too! Black crows will always trigger a bit of unease, due in part to one of these classic movies, but after watching the movie in the dark, while sipping this cocktail, you’ll be wondering if you need to worry about losing an eye to the birds when your back is turned. 😉

For the “Black Bird” Halloween cocktail, you get to add a little dark “magic” to transform your drink into a black nightmare. But a delicious nightmare at that! Peach schnapps, rum, and Coca-Cola® pair up perfectly, and don’t forget those creepy gummy eyeballs!

"The Black Bird" Halloween CocktailI like to pick up my holiday entertaining essentials at Sam’s Club, because I know I can get enough for a crowd, while scoring a great deal on my supplies too! They also have really convenient options like Scan & Go which allows me to scan items as I shop, and pay right from my phone on the app, so that I can skip the checkout line and save a ton of time when I’m trying to get things party ready. They also have Club Pickup which allows me to order online and they’ll have everything ready to go for me when I show up, which is a great option when I need to buy heavier items, like the Coca-Cola® beverages needed for today’s Halloween cocktail recipe!

The recipe only requires 4 ingredients and is SO easy to make!

"The Black Bird" Halloween CocktailIngredients: (Recipe for 21+)

  • 1 oz. Coca Cola

  • 1 gummy eyeball – for garnish

"The Black Bird" Halloween CocktailInstructions:
